The Selangor Bar Committee has received information that a message has been circulated via social media platforms indicating that Selangor and Kuala Lumpur residents that have not been vaccinated may walk in to receive their vaccination as certain locations, which amongst others includes the location at Dewan Besar Tanjung MBSA Section 19 attributed to “Bar Association”.


It is utterly irresponsible to attribute the availability of the said location to the “Bar Association”, which ultimately implicates the Selangor Bar .The Selangor Bar Committee expresses its regret that it has caused a misunderstanding with the Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Selangor. We implore our members to not circulate such a misleading message and to correct the same if in receipt of it.


The Selangor Bar Committee wishes to put on record that it appreciates the magnanimous gesture by the Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Selangor in agreeing to prioritize vaccination for our members from 7th to 8th  July 2021 and has no part in the circulation of the said viral message.
