We are seeking dedicated and motivated lawyers to join our team for the
following positions: -

The successful candidate will primarily handle conveyancing matters,
including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related
advisory work. In addition, the candidate will be required to handle simple
litigation matters and/or provide assistance on litigation files as and when
necessary.

Requirements: -
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a practising lawyer in conveyancing matters, with strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
- Competent in handling sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related conveyancing work.
- Possesses a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage
