Requirement
- Admitted to the High Court of Malaya (Advocates and Solicitors)
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience (well verse) in the conveyancing / loan documentation field
- Responsible, committed, ethical, honest, pro-active and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess leadership and teamwork qualities
Responsibilities
- Oversee and Handle sub-sale (SPA), loan and other conveyancing files from beginning up till completion within the timeline given
- Any other task assigned
