Conveyancing Clerk
- Minimum 3 years experiences and above in conveyancing and banking
- Full experience in Conveyancing matters, able to handle loan documentations and SPA independently
- Dual language, Bahasa Malaysia And English
- Write and speak in Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to draft and vet agreement
- Diligence and possess positive and attitude
- Good and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably able to start work immediately or on one month notice
Legal Assistant
- To handle SME loan, sub sale, loan documents, developer's work and general conveyancing independently with minimum guidance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing
- Must be a member of the Malaysian Bar
- Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed and with good and positive working attitude.
