- Qualifications as required under the Legal Profession Act.
- At least 2 years experince in conveyancing and able to handle project, subsale and loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge independently
- Candidates must be proficient in English and Bahasa (proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus)
