- Minimum 3 years and above in handling conveyancing matter such as SPA & banking matter (from initial stage to completion)
- Able to speak in Mandarin would be preferable
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities and meticulous with details
- A good team player and interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision
