1) SENIOR CORPORATE BANKING/CONVEYANCING LAWYER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To handle Corporate Banking, loan documents and conveyancing matters (including sub-sales, joint venture agreements, etc)
- Possess excellent knowledge of Corporate matters
- With strong analytical, drafting and research skills
- Able to draft various agreements independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and with good discipline
- Ability to work as a team, willing to learn.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be proficient in English.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage
2) PUPILS
- Candidates are expected to have good academic qualifications and have demonstrated an ability to work as a team player. Personalised training will be provided coupled with a competitive allowance. Candidates will be exposed to both conveyancing and litigation matters.
