Job Description : CONVEYANCING & BANKING CLERK / GENERAL CLERK
- To handle conveyancing matters for Banking Loan Documents and Conveyancing Sub-sales and Projects
- To handle ad-hoc work assigned by the Managing Partner
- To handle, interact and attend to Foreign clients
- Preparation and maintenance of overall as well as individual status reports for files under his/her purview

Qualifications and Requirements :
- Good communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Oral) - Proficient in Mandarin in an added advantage
- Proactive, thoroughness, responsible team player, matured, independent, initiative and committed personalities
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Able to work under pressure and complete assigned work within deadlines
- Willing to attend urgent signing when necessary and during weekends.
- Can start immediately
