- Preparing and vetting legal documents, drafting SPA and Loan Agreement, handling all related conveyancing matter.
- Able to work independently.

- Must able to assist lawyer to handle all related conveyancing matter from initial stage up to completion stage .
- Willing to learn. Preferable able to start immediately.
