requirement Litigation Legal Assitant Job Description - To handle banking and other debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, preparing opinions and advising client and attending matters in Court and relevant land offices Qualification for Litigation Legal Assistant - The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in the above stated area of work. However, experience is not necessary if the applicant is willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player. Experienced Litigation Clerk Job Description - Ability to handle files from commencement to completion independently. Qualifications - STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as a litigation clerk. Need to have knowledge regarding banking and other debt recovery cases and the procedures related thereto. Conveyancing Clerk Job Description - To handle all aspects of general conveyancing matters from commencement to completion Qualifications - STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as conveyancing clerk. Need to be willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player. Training will be provided.
