Qualifications / Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience as a clerk in litigation practice
Job Description
-Able to assist lawyers in preparing litigation / courts cause papers competently without or with limited, assistance & supervision (eg:letter of demand, statement of claim, affidavit, summons, cause papers for civil litigation, accident, etc)
- Advantage if got extra knowledge in court procedures
- To liase with clients, insurance executives & relevant authorities
- To prepare court course papers using an e-filing system and manual filing
- To assists the lawyers in preparing documentations including submissions & letters
- To handle office administration duties
- Must be able to work independently & efficient
- Have a good working attitude, responsible, willing to learn & able to work as a team & follows strictly the firm instructions
