Job Description:
To handle banking and other debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, preparing opinions and advising clients and attending to matters in Court and relevant land offices

Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Job Description:
- To handle general conveyancing mattters including preparing and checking Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan / financing documentation, attending to clients, preparing reports and opinions

Qualification for Legal Assistants
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate(if not a new practitioner) where the applicant mut most importantly be a team player

Experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided and work willbe supervised for those who are newly called to the Bar.

Litigation And Conveyancing Clerk
Qualifications:
STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as conveyancing clerk. Need to be willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player. Training wil be provided.
