- 3 to 5 years experience (candidate may be considered to be offered as partner)
- The candidate will be expected to handle developer project (SPA, loan documentations)
- Liaising with clients, developers, bankers, GLC and government bodies
- To handle sub-sales, loan (housing loan and company loan), discharge of charge perfection of transfer and charge and all related conveyancing matters
- To update and maintain file status on opening system and to regularly update status to client developers
