JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist partner / lawyer to prepare & handle conveyancing matters.
- Work closely to assist Partner / Lawyers to handle all matters as instructed.
- To provide secretarial / office administrative support in the day-to-day
running of the firm.
- To maintain proper records / filing of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents &
agreements and etc.
- To handle invoices, inquiries, documentation, quotation, and payment
voucher.
- To perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls, greeting guests, maintaining and organising legal files
- To handle and be able to multi-task and handle any other ad-hoc admin job.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Secretarial
- Minimum 1 - 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Experienced in conveyancing matters would be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to start immediately
