- 3 to 5 years in conveyancing matters
- Able to do auction, sub-sale and bank loan from A to Z
- Have good working attitude, willing to learn, willing share knowledges and take on all tasks assigned
- Able to complete any tasks / file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
- Meticulous, able to work independently and in a team
- Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with lawyers, clients, bank officers and property agents
- Have good computer and typing skills
- Must be responsible and accountable to all work done
