requirement

- Manage project SPA, sub-sale, loan, tenancy, lease, discharge of charge, deed of receipt & reassignment the perfection of transfer and charge files
- Prepare all the land office forms, CKHT (Cukai Keuntungan Harta Tanah)and other conveyancing related documents
- Assisting lawyers during project launch
- Other conveyancing related works
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Conveyancing
