- 3 to 5 years experience
- Able to independently handle full range of conveyancing matters and legal documentations including sub-sales matters, loans, SME Loan and post auction cases
- Possess excellent knowledge of sub-sale and SME matters
- Good strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
