- Minimum 2 years experience in handling conveyancing matters such as Sub Sale, Banking Security Docs, Housing Projects, Agreements Drafting, Perfections & Corporate works
- Able to draft Sub Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP/Legal Possession. Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Team player who is able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to meet tight deadlines, provide solution and multitask
- Must have a good command of English and BM (both spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Office
- Possess own transport |
