- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP with Practising Certificate
- 1 to 3 years experience / Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Familiar and understand the process for sub-sale cases and direct purchase from Developer
- Familiar and understand the process for loan financing and loan drawdown
- Able to vet & draft agreements
- Willing to learn, hard working and meticulous
- Able to work well independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
