- 1 to 3 years experience
- Familiar and understand the process for sub-sale and direct purchase from developer
- Familiar and understand the process for loan financing e.g. preparation of loan agreements, advising bank for redemption and balance / full loan drawdown
- Willing to learn, hard working and meticulous
- Able to work well independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
