Job Requirements:
- Preferably candidates who have worked in IP firms/Law firms

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good command of English, both verbal and written

Additional requirements for Senior Trademark Executive
- Possess leadership attributes and preferably candidates who have experience in leading a team
- Conducting training of junior executives / paralegals
- Managing work responsibilities of the team

Responsibilities :
- Prepare trademark related documentation for filing at MyIPO
- Conduct trademark searches and preparing reports
- Filing applications, attending to office actions, renewals and assignments
- Ensure documents are handled and processed in a timely manner and comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines
