- Able to handle housing loans & corporate loans with minimal supervision
- Experience in handling direct developer, sub-sale and other transactions such as tenancy, lease transactions
- Familiar with land office processes

Qualification:
- CLP or its equivalent
- Strong verbal and drafting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in a team
- At least 3 years in relevant practice areas
