- To handle SPA sub-sale & Project, perfection of charge & perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters
- Prepare loan agreements
- Diligent, responsible and strong communication skill as well as good work ethics
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
