• Called to the Malaysian Bar with minimum upper second class LLB or equivalent
• Excellent drafting and research skills
• Demonstrates sound legal knowledge, initiative, confidence and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• For Senior Associate/Associate Intellectual Property practice candidates must have 3- 5 years' PQE in the field of Intellectual Property
• For Senior Associate/Associate Corporate Commercial, Banking, Infrastructure or Energy practices candidates must have 1- 5 years' PQE in relevant practice.
• For Senior Associate Litigation practice candidates must have 5 - 6 years' PQE and must be versatile in litigation, arbitration and adjudication, and ideally have some experience in both contested and non-contested matters related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, insolvency, capital reductions, initial public offerings and other corporate exercises
