- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
- Able to independently handle full range of conveyancing matters and legal documentations including sub-sales matters
- Possess excellent knowledge of sub-sales and loan documentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
- Candidate must be able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Good writing, drafting and analytical skills
