- Proficient in English and Bahasa
- Good computer skill
- Possess own transport
- To prepare Sale & Purchase agreement for sub-sale and property direct purchase from Developer
- To prepare Bank's loan, LPPSA gov documentation and related
- To liaise with clients, bank officers, developers and all the other relevant authorities
- Non contested litigation such as probate, LA and Faraid matters
- Preparing status file report on files
- Hardworking, trustworthy and good working attitude
- Salary will commensurate with years of experience
