- Able to independently handle full range of conveyancing matter and legal documentation including sub-sale matters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Will be working under 1 senior lawyer
- Handle drafting, vetting and signing of the Sale and Purchase agreement
- A good team player
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience
