position Conveyancing Clerk (Senior/ Junior)
requirement

- With experience;
- To handle and assist lawyers in preparing legal documentations in conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developers' project, loan documentations, preparing status reports and other conveyancing related matters;
- Able to work independently;
- Good Interpersonal skill;
- Meticulous , diligent and responsible;
- Manage time well and meet deadlines;
- Possess initiative and handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided;
- Maintain interaction with clients;
- To monitor the files and update status;
- Providing administrative support as required; and
- Able to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet datelines.
