- With minimum law degree and valid practising certificate
- 1 year minimum experience
- Fluent in both English and Malay. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus point
- Good time management
- Possess own transport

Conveyancing Staff
- Minimum SPM certificate
- With minimum 2 years in general & experience in handling perfection with transfer and charge
- Can start immediately
