- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in conveyancing matters.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Have strong sense of responsibility, good working attitude, meticulous and committed.
- Able to handle conveyancing matters (project works, loan documentations and sub-sale
matters).
- Must be proficient in English and Malay. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus point.
