- Able to independently handle full range of conveyancing matter and legal documentations including sub-sales matters, loan, SME loan and post auctions cases
- Possess excellent knowledge of sub-sales and SME matters
- Lawyer 5 years of experience
- Senior conveyancing clerk more than 5 years experience
- Good strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
