Litigation Legal Assistant
Job Description - To handle banking debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, preparing opinions and advising clients and attending to matters in Court and the relevant land offices

Qualification - The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly be a team player

Experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the Bar

Chambering Student
- Chambering students will be assigned to both the litigation and conveyancing department for training purposes

Litigation & Conveyancing Clerks
Job Description - To handle general conveyancing and litigation matters (separately)

Qualification - STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as a litigation / conveyancing clerk. Need to be willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player. Training will be provided.
