- Between 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate legal practice.
- Able to draft corporate and commercial agreements.
- Able to handle due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.
- Able to handle financing and security documents and supervise conveyancing works by assistants.
- Must handle some business development for the firm together with the partners.
