- To handle conveyancing, litigation & corporate matter
- To attend signing and meeting with client
- To liase with developer, bankers, real estate agents and solicitors
- Able to multitask and be initiative in assisting firm members
- To maintain and update file status on firm's operating system
- Possess strong legal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Possess at least fair drafting skills (guidance will be given accordingly)
- Able to carry out regular research and provide legal updates on current legal issues
