Qualifications & Experience
- 4-5 years PQE, Malaysia qualified lawyer
- Candidate should have experience drafting pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions for Commercial Litigation disputes
- Candidate should also have experience as 2nd chair in court hearings and trials
- Arbitration experience is preferred
- Mediation experience is not necessary but would be a plus
- Candidate should have experience in multi-jurisdictional cross-border disputes
- Experience in building and construction disputes preferred
