- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of Civil Litigation
- Possess a valid and active Practicing Certificate (PC)
- Proficient communication and drafting skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to navigate EFS Kehakiman for the filing of couse papers (e-filing) and conducting e-reviews
- Conducting and/or assisting partner in trials, hearings and appeals;
- Attending case management, preparing legal opinions, drafting pleadings, cause papers and submissions;
- Possess good work ethics, good manners, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, solution- driven and a team player; and - possess own transport and willing to travel
