- Possess a genuine interest in law and legal practice.
- Be able to work independently, whether singularly, with a partner or in a group and is self-motivated their legal craft. Must be able to work well with others.
- Possess a good command in English and Malay. This means being able to write, speak and think in both languages.
- Has an attitude of honesty, diligence, helpfulness, being responsible for matters in their care, hungry to learn, and a desire to improve their skillset.
