- Handle conveyancing matters on developer projects, sub-sale of properties, bank loan, refinancing, transfer and charge, discharge & etc.
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers and government departments such as Land Office, LHDN & etc.
- Report and update status to lawyer from time to time.
- Able to adapt new environment and work independently.
