- Legal work relating to equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, start-up entities and shareholding structures
- Drafting commercial contracts and corporate agreements
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Review of corporate/commercial agreements and corporate legal advisory for clients
- Review of digital assets, corporate and commercial agreements
- Compliance and regulations
- Exposure to Company Secretarial will be an advantage

Qualifications and Requirements
- Corporate lawyer with 3 years post-qualified experience with exposure to digital assets laws and practice
- Good written and spoken English, ability to read and write Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel
- Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately
