- Familiar with SQL & auto count , proper financial records to identifies discrepancies, update account ledger ,journals, t-balance, bank reconciliation.
- With basic computer skill (Ms Word/excel/pdf/e-mail
- Well time management, disciplined in working, independent, hardworking and reliable, document receiving in/out, sorting and filing properly, polite and good communication skills.
- Min 2 years experience to prepare legal documentation ,relating to conveyancing (Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documents) or sub sales from initial stage until completion .
- Training will be provided. As long as you are willing to learn.
