- Able to work independently under deadlines and painful stacking clients.

- Highly motivated, meticulous, and hard-working.
- Positive attitude, responsible, willingness to learn, and a team player.
- Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil or Mandarin is an advantage only.
- Good drafting skills in both languages.
- Work mostly between 8-5 pm. Need to stay back only if it is required. (mostly no need)
- Posses own transport.
