Conveyancing Lawyer
- Able to handle conveyancing sub-sale, Developer Projects and Bank Loan documentations and attend signing independently
- To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and related bodies
- Strong work ethics
- 0 to 2 years experienced (just called to the bar/currently working in litigation and corporate law but eager to transition to conveyancing law is encourage to apply)
- Good communication and social skills.
- Being able to converse in basic mandarin

Conveyancing Clerk
- Preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation for sub-sale and developer projects
- To assist lawyers in conveyancing related matters
- To attend to clients, developers, bankers and related bodies
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers
- Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- 1-2 years experienced
