- Preferably 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Loan Documentation, Online Adjudication and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision.
- Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and
reassignment,tenancy agreements / CKHT submissions and etc.
- Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties.
- Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete
jobs within timeline.
