1. Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP /
Legal Possession.
2. Familiar with banking documentations.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
4. Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
5. Draft correspondences, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties
6. Address residential and commercial projects’ legal issues
7. Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation
8. Do thorough legal research
