- Exhibit a professional background with minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and conveyancing.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.

- To liaise with clients, bank officer, developers and relevant authorities
- Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and deliver the works within timelines.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and EFS System.
