Litigation Legal Assistants

Job Description:
- To handle banking and LPPSA debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, preparing opinions and advising clients and attending matters in Court and the relevant land offices.

Qualification for Legal Assistants:
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly be a team player. At least 3 years working experience as a litigation legal assistant will be a great advantage. However, on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the BAR.

Litigation Clerks (Experienced)

Job Description:
To handle litigation matters.

Qualifications:
STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as a litigation clerk. Need to be willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player
