- Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
- Familiar with banking documentations.
- Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
- Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
- Draft correspondences, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties
- Address residential and commercial projects’ legal issues
- Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation
- Do thorough legal research
