- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law – LLB (Hons) or Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and must be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia.
- Have a good understanding on Company’s Act.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Effective spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Corporate Law and Commercial Law.
- Able to draft commercial contracts, Joint ventures, Shareholders agreements and other corporate contracts.
- Able to handle matters independently and work under pressure.
- A team player who is able to work with peers and senior management.
- Organised and resourceful.
- Salary range between RM3,000 to RM7,000 (depending on years of experience and knowledge)
