We are looking for conveyancing clerk to handle :-
- Sale & Purchase Agreement (Subsale)
- LPPSA Loan Transaction
- Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) / Deed of Assignment (DOA)
- Discharge of Charge / Receipt & Reassignment (DRR)
- To handle loan documentations, developer projects and related conveyancing matters.
- Attend to Clients, developers, banks, or any related parties correspondence and queries.
- Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- 2-3 years experienced
