Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2 years’ PQE and above, Malaysian qualified lawyer
• Candidate should have Corporate (ideally Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment) experience
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and well organised
• Good attitude, perseverance and commitment, keenness to learn more and to take up new challenges
• Commercial awareness, sense of ownership, self-starter, with a passion for corporate matters
• Good time management and analytical skills
